Dispute Policy

1. Write to the operator (and, if the dispute is about a matter file, to the firm’s information officer).
2. We try to resolve operational disputes in 15 business days.
3. Trust and FFC disputes are referred to the firm’s director; the product will not “fix” an unbalanced recon without a written explanation.
4. If unresolved: mediation, then the High Court of South Africa, Gauteng Local Division, Johannesburg, unless a consumer forum has jurisdiction.
5. Nothing here limits a complaint to the Legal Practice Council, the Information Regulator, or a US state bar.
